Global Disputes

  • Having been described by the Legal 500 as "an institution in Israel that really sets the gold standard, and should be instructed on any major or complex case", our Global Disputes practice offers clients a comprehensive service with regard to all types of multi-jurisdictional litigation.

We regularly represent companies involved in disputes which contain an international or multi-jurisdictional element, or foreign multi-national companies who are sued in Israel.  We oversee all aspects of the matter, and co-ordinate litigation strategies with top international legal colleagues.

Our clients include multi-national corporations, State entities and public international organisations, as well as medium-sized companies and individuals from around the world. We are routinely instructed by other lawyers and law firms to handle the Israeli aspects of cross-border litigation.

From disputes arising out of infrastructure, construction and energy projects, to telecommunications, distribution, intellectual property and other commercial ventures, to international fraud cases spanning the globe, clients turn to us for sound advice and experienced counsel.
