    • Representing Bar-Ilan University in connection with its various tenders, including the following:


    (i) in an administrative proceeding concerning a tender published by the University for the supply and installation of communication infrastructures and equipment;

    (ii) advising in connection with the publication of a tender for the establishment of a unique computer system for the administration of students, a project of great importance to the diversified and large-scale activities of the University and its branches; and

    (iii) providing a legal opinion to the University's tenders committee as to the application of a regulatory exemption from a mandatory tender concerning co-operation agreements


    • Advising Israel’s leading technology transfer companies for academic institutions, including Yeda Research and Development Ltd., the technology transfer arm of the Weizmann Institute of Science, Ramot at Tel Aviv University and Yissum at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, concerning the commercialisation and ownership of intellectual property created or discovered at such institutions, including representation in disputes relating to ownership and royalties
    • Representing Ramot at Tel Aviv University in a multi-million dollar claim against Cisco Systems concerning rights in a service invention developed by a professor at the university
    • Representing Ariel University in defending proceedings brought against it following the issue of a tender for the implementation and maintenance of an ERP system for the University.  The claim against the University was withdrawn.  The firm also provides general and ongoing advice to the University's tenders committee
    • Representing the Centre of Academic Studies in proceedings brought against it by former employees, entailing the need for examination of a range of issues related to the activities of the Centre of Academic Studies as an institute of higher education 
    • Representing the Hadassah Medical Organisation in proceedings regarding the recognition of training periods in dentistry as a period of work
    • Representing the owner of IP rights at a leading Israeli university in proceedings against a company that financed research at the university, as well as in defending a claim brought by an inventor in respect of alleged unpaid royalties concerning technology originally created at the university
