Cross-Border Merger Filings

  • Multinational public and private companies and their counsel from across the world, as well as local Israel clients, seek our advice in connection with competition and antitrust clearances for mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures before the Israeli Competition and Antitrust Authorities.

Mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, whether between non-Israeli entities or Israeli entities, may fall within the scope of the Israeli merger filing regime if they, or any of their affiliates, meet certain turnover thresholds in relation to their activities in Israel or if any of them are monopolies in Israel.

We have a substantial track record in acting on global and domestic mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Our team has a sound understanding of the legal and economic issues underlying potentially notifiable corporate transactions.
