The Chinese market is growing more attractive for Israeli companies, many of which are even considering the possibility of registering for trading in the Far Eastern markets

This trend is based, inter alia, on the expected legal amendment that will allow a double listing on the Hong Kong and Tel Aviv stock exchanges and the recent ease of listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In light of the above, we conducted a special panel with JONES DAY®, a global law firm, focusing on collaboration with Chinese companies, fundraising capital in China, IPOs in the East, M&A deals, Intellectual Property protection and more. Our panels included guests from IOptima, Chendu Kanhong  Pharmaceutical Group and a representative on behalf of the Israel Stock Exchange.
