  • Noa Glazer-Becher has a diverse Real Estate, Commercial and Corporate Practice.  In her real estate work, she focuses on advising on real estate joint ventures, the drafting and negotiation of sale and purchase agreements, combination agreements, construction agreements, BOT agreements, commercial leases, tenders and the financing of real estate and construction projects.  She also advises corporate and private clients on the full range of commercial and corporate matters.


    Noa also acts for local and foreign not for profit organisations, charities, amutot, public benefit companies and private endowment. Her expertise in this field includes establishing, registering and on-going filing and regulatory requirements and, in particular, providing practical advice on the Israeli regulatory provisions that apply to not for profit organisations and the manner in which they may operate in Israel.

  • Noa’s experience extends across a wide range of matters, including:


    • Representing a conglomerate of hundreds of private land owners in a real estate project worth $750 million for the construction of over 450 housing units in the largest residential development currently taking place in Tel Aviv - "Kikar Hamedina" - one of the most prestigious districts of the city of Tel Aviv. Noa currently represents the owners of the project in the obtaining of planning permissions and in the drawing up of agreements with architects, project managers and planning consultants, and in negotiations with the Municipality of Tel Aviv in connection with the project
    • Representing the Weizmann Institute of Science on a number of complex real estate transactions, including acting for the Institute in a combination real estate transaction relating to the construction of the Tamar Science Park (a 250 acre property development) and the planning of a residential area for the Institute's scientists
    • Providing on-going counsel and project advice to the Paz Oil Group, Israel’s largest fuel company, in connection with real estate transactions, including advising on a joint venture for the construction of a commercial centre near Kibbutz Ein Gedi, and regarding the sale of its rights in an office development in Tel Aviv, and in the urban renewal (vacate and build) of high value site in Jerusalem
    • Representing Readymix Israel Ltd., Israel's leading producer and supplier of raw materials for the construction industry, on a long term gas supply and energy contract relating to the setting up of an energy system that will enable the conversion of the plant's energy requirements to sourcing from natural compressed gas, and for the supply of natural gas
    • Representing Beit Berl College in resolving disputes with the Berl Katznelson Fund concerning the land on which the college is located and on other operational matters
    • Providing ongoing counsel to the Military and Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem, including facilitating the restoration of its historic seat to Jerusalem
    • Negotiating terms and conditions for combination transactions in the towns of Petach Tikva and Holon
    • Providing ongoing legal counsel to the Israel Cancer Association and the Gesher Theatre
